📦 Candid Drip Inc – Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday) after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

During busy periods (product launches, sales, promotions or Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer. We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and will keep you updated via email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.


2. UK Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery time:
• Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, weather conditions, or peak periods.


3. International Shipping

We plan to expand to international shipping in the future.
At this time, Candid Drip Inc ships within the UK only.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly advertised on the website and social media.


5. Incorrect Address Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Candid Drip Inc cannot be held responsible for:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Failed deliveries due to customer error

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay the shipping cost again for redelivery.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, it becomes the responsibility of the delivery provider.

However — we will always try to help ❤️

If your parcel:
• hasn’t arrived within 7 working days
• appears lost
• shows delivered but you cannot find it

Please allow the courier up to 10 working days to complete their investigation before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Candid Drip Inc is not responsible for stolen parcels where proof of delivery has been confirmed.


7. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, the tracking number will be included in your dispatch email.

You can use this to monitor your delivery directly with the courier.


8. Multiple Items / Split Shipments

Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may arrive separately.
This is because products may be stored in different stock batches or shipped in different packaging sizes.

You will not be charged extra shipping if this happens.
